This truck has spent all of its life on the West Coast, I am the 2nd owner, 1st owner was a woman in WA state who meticulously maintained it at the Mitsubishi Dealership.
I have owned it since 101,000 miles and you can find a list of maintenance, mods and more on the google sheet listed.
Truck is re-geared with new bearings and seals in the 4.9s, locked ARB locker in the rear with a TRE compressor running it. The roof is also wired for 6 lights which I will include in the sale, 2 S2 Amber Baja Designs and x4 KC hilights flood lights.
Included is my solar setup with a Goal Zero 100 Watt Panel on the roof and an inverter running to the truck. All wiring has been done cleanly and safely, with a fusible link installed going to the switch. Switch housing is sealed and UV and water/weather resistant.
Truck was used as a test bench to prototype the Goose Gear drawers and platform, re-design the King Shock Kit, and develop the Montero Total Chaos Control arms - Spare wheel is a USED falken wildpeak in the same size as the current tires, this is due to being unable to find General Grabbers due to backorder.
Truck has some rock chips and dings, scuffs and scrapes but overall its in good condition for age and for how it was used. Leather is in good condition and always conditioned and taken care of. Driver side seat has the most wear and tear but no leather is ripped. Cargo area has scuffs throughout. No cracks
Known issues
- Drivers side door chock should be replaced - Included in sale
- Passenger side front window sometimes does not roll down using driver side window switch
- I have not opened the sunroof since I retightened and calibrated the motor, I choose not to open it and cannot confirm if it does open
- Driver side seat belt needs to be cleaned as it sometimes doesn't retract
