Vehicle Description
2004 Acura RSX Type-S 6 speed manual with 170k miles
If you look at kelly blue book it's just above clean retail, I'm listing it for $5500 because I'm trying to make some money back on another car I purchased to replace this one.
The original color is Nighthawk Black Pearl, which is still the color on the title, the car just has a vinyl wrap on it that's white and red. Easy to peel off if you ever decide to in the future.
Check engine light is on, but I do have a code reader and it says the only codes are an evap-canister leak and downstream O2 sensor due to not having a catalytic converter. Nothing wrong with the car internally and it runs great. Other than paint wearing off the steering wheel, the interior is in near-perfect condition. No major problems have ever arisen in this car and it has always run smooth. I change the oil and oil filter every 3000 to 4000 miles along with other regular maintenance. Has brand new motor mounts as stated below, and tires are relatively new, I probably drove the car with the tires for a solid 5 months.
To be honest, the wrap is NOT in PERFECT condition, as it is starting to chip and peel in some places but other than that, it still looks great and really catches peoples eyes when driving down the road
The car does have some mods done to it such as:
OBX stainless steel headers and Yonaka full race exhaust + CAT delete.
AEM cold air intake and Edelbrock air filter with AEM dry-flow hydrophobic mesh to prevent dust and water
17" wheels with Kumho Ecsta directional tires
New mounts on motor and transmission
Chippernut V3 Arduino programmable shift light w/ 16 led strip
Pioneer double--din touchscreen radio
Hondata ECU reflash (raises rev limit to 8500rpm and widens VTEC band between 5600rpm and 8500rpm)
I have the original factory 16" Acura wheels with snow tires on them for an extra $600 if you want them for winter driving.
I am not interested in trades, title in hand.
