Used 2004 BMW X3 115k, 6 speed MANUAL for sale in Graniteville, VT

This is a basic BMW X3, no power seats, no climate control, etc.

It does have a few special things in my eyes, heated steering wheel, washer nozzles and mirrors. I also hqd a parts car (still got lotsa parts) that i pulled the burl wood door pulls and center dash pieces from and installed.

I got the car 2 years ago and slowly in my free time rebuilt what was needed. Heres the list:

-new front struts, springs, tophats, etc
-new inner and outer tierods, aligned last week with pictures
-new thrust arms and ball joints
-New swaybar links
-new lf wheel bearing
-both rear wheelbearings are new along with backing plates, parking brake hardware
-new abs sensors (all 4)
-both pass side cv axles new
-new high pressure power steering hose
-new rear shocks
-new rear knuckle bushings and ball joints
-por15 the knuckles
-valve cover gasket and sparkplugs

It is super basic, vinyl seats, manual adj. Seats (heated though). Only one rust spot on the whole car, lf fender behind the headlight. Serious, whole body no rust, rear subframe has some, but its all surface and VERY solid. The motor is quiet and smooth, shiftf perfect.

Whats it need?
-Oil filter housing gasket leaking, im replacing that on thurs (10/20)
-random clunks
- i tagged a deer on the left front, just popped the bumper out, im taking care of that soon.
-the pano roof does not work, all the X3s of this gen are the same, very common
-needs mats, i have none.
-lf tire is different (all snow tires)

I had it preinspected, as i have been running on a temp tag and the inspection is due. I fixed the 1 issue he said, tierods loose. Everything else passed.

Why am i selling? Big reason is that its a manual. My rotator cuffs are hurting to shift manual now (im 46) and im not as smooth shifting, i need an auto.

Thats all. Id keep it, but my body hurts and i need something different.

Im probably going to go get it registered in the next week so it will be inspected, etc.
