2004 Honda Civic hybrid.When stopped at light I think car has stalled because. its so quite 210,000 miles on car,but Hondas are supposed to last a long time.Hybrid gas saver.As you would expect cosmetically not the best,but it's nearly 20 years old.$3000 OBO.
Here's the rub.
I purchased Honda recently.The fellow who sold it gave me a bunch of officially looking papers.Took papers to SCDMV who turned it down to register.
There is SC form #5007 that states why they turned it.
1-Bill of Sale is from a company that doesn't exist so I need another Bill of Sale.
2-I also need another title reassignment.
I paid $3000 for the Honda.
Does anyone know what I have to do to register Honda?
