Used 2004 Honda Civic LX 5-Speed + NIB Anzo Headlights (PRICE LOWERED) for sale in Pittsburgh, PA

For sale is a 2004 Honda Civic LX Coupe in Satin Silver. This car was purchased brand new from a local dealer in 2004. In 2013, I bought it from a family member as a commuter car and had the water pump and timing belt changed at 90k miles. I still use it as a daily driver because it gets great gas milage. I've always taken it to the dealership for regular oil changes and never driven rough. The car does have some issues and I will list everything that I know of:

-The check engine light throws an emissions code that my mechanic tried to fix last February. Emissions was later exempt (as you can see from the photo)
-First gear makes a sound when high RPM is reached
-Car consumes oil between oil changes (does not leak)
-The only speaker that works is the rear driver-side speaker
-When the car is warming up and the heat is turned on, the fan belt makes a sound
-There is a dent in the front bumper on the driver-side from someone backing into me two years ago
-The seat belt light is on due to the driver-side seat belt switch that does not register when the belt locks (but the seat belt and buckle function fine)
-There is an open recall that I haven't had the time to take in to get resolve but it deals with the passenger side airbag. The mailed recall notification states that the fix is free of charge.

However, everything else works just fine including the power windows and air conditioning.
Last year I had my mechanic put on new brake pads on the front and new brake drums and shoes on the rear.
The tires (Continental TrueContact) are only 18 months old and have a lot of life left in them.

Whoever purchases this car will receive brand new Anzo USA 121059 Honda Civic Projector Headlights (with Halo Clear Lens.) They are new in box and never opened. I purchased them back in 2015 for over $400 but never got around to having them installed. Here is a link to the exact headlights:
