Used 2004 Honda CRV LX for sale in Kihei, HI

2004 Honda CRV LX All Wheel Drive

- 4 Goodyear tires purchased and installed last year.
- Full size spare.
-AC compressor installed last year

New as of the past 4 weeks (I have receipts) :

-knock sensor
-brakes (front and rear)
-serpentine belt
-Bosch spark plugs
-air filter
-driver side CV shaft
-passenger side CV shaft
-driver side ball joints
-passenger side ball joint
-driver side rod end
-passenger side tie rod end
front and rear shocks/struts with coil springs.

-transmission fluid change

-Just changed the oil and filter (full synthetic).

I am taking it in for a four wheel alignment on Monday. I was planning on keeping this car for the next 10 years - hence all of the parts installed and preventative maintenance... but... I’m most likely going to need a pick up truck for work.

Paint looks good from 10 feet away. Not perfect. Interior is very nice. 170,000 miles showing on the odometer. It looks like it had undercoating underneath to protect from Rust when it was new so I do not see any serious rust issues.

Radio sounds good, is original and all speakers work.

I have not tested the CD player or cassette player. But I am including a Bluetooth unit that plugs into the cigarette lighter and allows you to play music from your phone directly to the radio.

Everything is In working order with the exception of the cruise control which I will look into.

The car still has the original table that hides in the back underneath the carpet which can be pulled out and used for picnics or camping.

Registration is good until the end of October. I’m not sure about the safety I think that it’s up to date. Clean title in hand.

This is a solid, reliable Maui Cruiser. If these cars are taken care of they will run forever.

May trade for pickup with manual transmission

Price is firm for now. I’m not in a rush for a pick up truck I’m just going to need one eventually so I’m selling the CRV for 5K knowing that If regularly scheduled maintenance is followed it is going to run another 1-2 hundred thousand miles. It was maintained over the years.
The odometer shows 170,000 miles however I’m driving it every day so that is going to be increasing on a daily basis. Not by a lot but it will be increasing.
