*If you don’t know much about these cars then a few words to describe them are fun, fast, zippy, bulletproof engine, classy. They have a huge market for aftermarket mods. Have you seen the Vaydor cars, which were driven by joker in the suicide squad? Yes, it was made under the frame of a G35 coupe.
These cars are starting to be rare to find, especially those taken care of and without crazy mods (like this one). If taken care of they can easily go over 200k.
FAQ
Why am I selling this car?
We are growing our family and this car is starting to be hard for my wife to get in and out of. So, looking to move into a bigger car.
How much will I take for this car?
I am in NO rush to sell this car. I want to get the most out of it because I know this car is worth it, there is the market for it, and above all, it will not disappoint you. I had plans to wrap it and keep it for as long as it would run. I have records of all maintenance I have done.
Is it clean or salvage?
Salvage – The Salvage title happened when it was at 27,695 miles. It was a risk I was taking when I brought it from the owner. My peace of mind was that Infiniti repaired it (I guess in NV dealerships are allowed to fix up salvage cars), and the vehicle had been driven over 72,000 miles since the salvage title. I have put close to 20,000 miles on it myself and have had no issues or lights that came on.
Even though I purchased the vehicle from an individual who lived in CA. I did not realize until we agreed on the purchase that the vehicle was registered in NV. Therefore, to register the vehicle in CA, it had to go through a rigorous inspection by CHP (September) when I brought it.
The vehicle is CA registered now, and so there is nothing to worry about. All records available upon request.
Why did I buy it if it had a Salvage title?
I always wanted a G35 coupe. They were too expensive and held their value so well. They are starting to be rarer and rarer. After test driving it and seeing its condition, I couldn’t let a salvage title hold me back. I have owned many cars but this is been THE BEST car I have ever owned. It is such a strong, comfortable, and fun car to mod. I was hoping to keep the car as a backup but my wife prefers that we move up into a bigger car.
How long have I had it?
Since August 2020.
Current condition?
Drives great. It is my daily commuter (15 freeway miles). No issues that I am aware of.
I know there are talks about being high on oil consumption – I will say on this particular vehicle that would be a myth. I have had no problems with it. I had a gasket leak, which was replaced and fixed during a tune-up.
When was the tune-up done?
9/2/20
What was replaced?
All four tire pressure monitoring systems, Coolant flush, Brake fluid, and Power steering fluids – checked and topped off, Valve Cover Gasket, Intake Manifold Gasket, Vacuum Hoses, Transmission fluid, Throttle Body cleaned, Replaced window motor, tires rotated.
Any modifications?
Drilled and Slotted rotors and ceramic pads, K&N Cabin filter, Performance Denso Spark plugs, Performance Ignition Coils, Air Filter replaced to CAI (CARB-legal), Headlight and Taillight housing (LED), Horn, Plenum Spacer, Cat-back exhaust (Rev9), and JBL Harman speakers/ audio.
Who did the repairs?
Repairs were done by the local professional shop and dealership. I have receipts available for most of it (if needed).
How did I come up with this price for the vehicle?
I have taken KBB recommendations, current market prices, and an amount that is fair to both parties.
Oil and Gas type?
Oil - Royal Purple Only
Gas - Premium Only
I am a strong believer in not mixing gas brands and oil brands. Therefore, I stick to one that I know has worked for me. My cars have all lasted me a long time and have not given me any premature issues.
Payment methods?
Cash and Zelle only.
Test drive?
Only for those with cash in hand and mask or COVID vaccine record in hand.
No QUICK sale or assistance in selling is needed.
