Vehicle Description
Sport Design, 5 speed. Has 138k miles and growing as I drive it occasionally. Stock for the most part. Tanabe touring exhaust. Runs good. No real issues with it. I have five new tires on the sport design rims. Currently on f sport wheels w/ two new front tires. (Can be negotiated in the deal if interested)
Clean title and in hand.
Cons:
Input Shaft Bearing squeaks while clutch pedal is engaged. No performance issues.
Steering rack has a leak and a rip in the boot. Leaking light grease from boot.
About three of four spots of rust. Smaller than an 1/4” in diameter. See pictures.
90K Service not done. This isn’t neglect. Planned on swapping motor out with GTE motor, just never got to it. Belt has been inspected by a car buddy and doesn’t look to be a worry for now.
Sticky dash with signs for trying to refinish it from the previous owner.
Dash cubby has a slight crack, Not visible until you are looking straight down on it.
So little scuffs here and there. Most likely can be buffed out.
Does have an accident reported on the car fax history back in 04/15. Was side swiped but was repaired through insurance and repair shop.
Auto Level Light comes on after car washes. Have checked connections and all seem ok
O2 sensor needs replaced. Replaced a year ago. Check engine light and Trac Light are on.
Battery Drainage somewhere. Battery will die after about four days of sitting. I drove it for a week straight, and no problems losing power.
Driver seat torn. Was torn when I bought it. (I have seats for sale from a Sportcross. Not memory so you can buy the seats I am selling and replace cushion.)
I’m firm on 7k. But also have two front seats from a sport cross. This car has memory seats and the plugs are different. Can be negotiated into the price as well.
I might be forgetting some things. It’s a great car. Just needs some parts. I just don’t have the time to do the repairs. Put suspension and a swap and most of the issues are gone. That’s what I planned for at least. Give it take a few listed above.
Please see pictures and let me know.
