Immediate Repair Needed:
1. Needs new gaskets. It will leak oil until gaskets are replaced. Gaskets are just old and dried out (typical of older cars in FL weather elements). Fixing just the head gasket may resolve the oil leak, but the other gaskets will start to go, so it is best to just replace them at the same time.

Non-Immediate Repairs (will drive fine without these repairs):
1. Transmission is slipping between 2nd-3rd gears. What this means is, you really just can not "punch" the gas. If you let it gradually shift gears, it is fine. FIXING THE GASKETS MAY FIX THIS ISSUE.
2. Driver side door has to be locked/unlocked from the inside. Handle works, the exterior lock mechanism is just broken.
3. The turn lever to roll down the passenger side window is off. The window is still able to roll up and down, the turn lever is just broken. I still have the lever, so it may be able to be re-attached.
