Used 2004 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4WD LOW Miles! for sale in Raleigh, NC

I'm selling this 2004 Toyota 4Runner for my brother.
It is one of the nicer 4Runners that you find for sale right now and is worth well above the selling price.

CF value is $11,030
CG value is $12,418

It does have a few issues that I will list FIRST.
Please do not try to negotiate the price down from my reduced price because of these. I am already taking them into account. It was a northern truck for the first years of it's life so it has some rust.
The latch portion of the tailgate has some bubbling but nothing rotted through.
The frame has some holes near the spring shackles and should be repaired but it just passed inspection.
The lower radiator support has some rust on it.
The VSC/Trac lights are on and I have not looked into why.
The TPMS light is flashing but is very common for Toyotas.

No rot or rust on any of the doors or rockers
Runs and drives like a champ
Interior is immaculate
Newer tires all the way around
Newer model alloy wheels
Third row seat (VERY hard to find)
Paint is in really good condition
Incredibly low ACTUAL mileage
