Vehicle Description
This is a car for someone willing to make it a PROJECT, not for a new driver. When I bought the car it was great, well running, and reliable, then things started breaking after a year. Despite things breaking, it is an overall fun car (when it's working) and very easy to work on. However, I have to sell it based on not having the finances to continuously repair it and college coming up. I was recently getting it worked on but the cost of repair was more than the car is worth. I took it in due to my belief that the starter broke, but found that where the exhaust meets the manifold is broken, which is an easy fix and should only need welded. I took it to another shop to get that fixed and was then told that the turbo was broken, which is too expensive for me to fix.
Recently had a small wreck which broke the bumper (replaced) and passenger side headlight (cheap fix), and the A/C fan not blowing.
Oil (Mobil 0W-40 full synthetic) changed every 4-6k miles, as well as the oil filter.
I have taken care of this car but every time I have fixed something, something else breaks.
Listed below are recent fixes/changes/things that need fixed.
Recent fixes/changes:
Starter solenoid.
Handbrake cable.
Front bumper.
Boost gauge.
Coolant tank.
New tires with less than 5000 miles.
Things that need fixed:
Turbo.
Exhaust needs put back on/fixed.
O2 sensor (I have a new one, just needs replaced).
Speakers aren't connected to radio (I've tried fixing but know little about wiring).
Oil temperature gauge.
Catalytic converter (was taken off when getting repaired but they didn't put it back on).
Fans for A/C aren't working, likely caused by the small wreck.
Side marker light (driver side).
Forge cold air intake needs put back on.
Clear coat.
Modifications/Upgrades:
Blow off valve.
Forge cold air intake.
42 Draft Designs exhaust.
Boost gauge.
Pioneer touchscreen radio.
