Used 2004 wrx sti for sale in Newport News, NC

For sale is my 2004 Subaru Impreza STI. The car is super fun but is in need of some TLC being that it is 16 years old.

The good:
-New OEM Block with roughly 50k miles on it
-FP green turbo
-Turbo XS down-pipe
-12mm oil pick up tube
-ARP head studs
-New OEM water pump (50k miles on it)
-DW 850 cc side feed injectors
-One step colder spark plugs
-Front mount Intercooler
-Grimspeed lightweight crank pulley
-Rota grid wheels (wider)
-Tires are in decent shape
-Tien adjustable coil overs
-Cobb Access port
-Brembo brake pads have maybe 6k miles on them.
-Rear diff just serviced
-Custom Carbon fiber hood scoop
-Leguna seca blue paint.
-Pioneer head unit.
-2 10” JL Audio subwoofers mounted in trunk
-Tuned by All Aspects Motorsports Making 323 WHP 280 WT

The bad:
-Needs front axles
-Needs new ball joints
-Needs new passenger tie rod (outer)
-Needs rear sway bar bushings and end links.
-Needs wheels spacers with studs
-Needs alignment
-Side feed injectors throw a cel code during start up occasionally, once warmed up ,code stays on but then goes away after a few days of driving. (Common issue with this year, Potentially a leaking injector or uneven spray at start up).
-Rear diff yolk has some play.
-Lastly , the interior is a 6/10.
