MECHANIC SPECIAL - NEEDS WORK / or PART OUT

I have a 2005 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T sedan with sunroof. Here are the issues:

Running rough after sensor change - backfiring.
Needs new battery - dead from sitting several months.
Has broken windshield from tree branch that also put small dent in roof.
Speedo intermittent - but mostly not working. Had mechanic change 3 of 4 abs/speed sensors - thinks its a wiring issue.
Passenger rear window need new regulator - rolls down, wont roll up. Needs to be pulled up.
paint clear coat peeling on roof.
Heater doesnt work - AC works fine

The good:
Sunroof fine and works.
AC blows cold.
Leather interior intact
Tires fairly new, all replaced with about 5-7k in mileage before sensor changed and it sat.
Cooling system recently changed - new water pump, thermostat, hoses, radiator, coolant reservoir.
