Vehicle Description
Beautiful Crossfire roadster with tuxedo interior and 6-speed transmission. Runs perfect and everything works as it should. All the normal little Crossfire gremlins have been preemptively taken care of such as new crankshaft position sensor, RCM rebuilt by DJ Tighe, sticky key fix, and alarm siren has been removed to prevent battery drain.
In addition, I replaced all of the positive and negative battery cables with ones I custom made and I also installed two additional ground cables. With the new battery and alternator, the electrical system is rock solid. Also has a new water pump, new tensioner pulley and new idler pulley. It was a case of "while I am in there, I might as well do this", since most of those things were working fine as they were. Tires are nearly new. New front ceramic brake pads.
The ECU has been tuned by The Mercedes Swap Shop (The MSS), who also made two new keys with upgraded fobs for the car. We took this car from Phoenix to the Crossfires in the Ozarks, in Eureka Springs, AR back in July and it ran beautifully.
This is a beauty but we have 4 Crossfires so one or two of them have to go.
