Vehicle Description
Why Is This Truck Special
In 2004-2005 Dodge produced a Ram pickup truck, reminiscent of the 1970s Dodge Super Bee, called the Rumble Bee. In the two years of production, only 8,700 of these special edition trucks were created, this is #2047. Original motor is 5.7 Hemi with aluminum heads
67k miles on odometer
Engine- 9k on rebuild: The block was bored .030” and line bored. Stroked to 6.4 or 392c.i. using Callies crank and rods with Diamond pistons. Rotating assembly was balanced. ARP bolts throughout, Moroso high volume oil pump with double chain, HYLIFT race roller lifters, Manley valvetrain including push rods, new valve seats (installed correctly so they don’t fall out like O.E.), Upgraded injectors installed, Innovators West balancer. All parts were cryo dipped.
Trans- 6k on “NEW” Factory 545RFE trans and converter. ATS Co-Pilot transmission controller was also installed.
Chassis work- 5k on rebuild: Aluminum radiator with electric fan, air induction system, steering suspension kit that included tie rods, sway bar link, control arms with ball joints, shocks. Slotted and drilled brake rotors, Toyo tires on 24” SRT style rims.
Interior: Factory original leather interior seat, 3 A pillar gauges, upgraded stereo with blue tooth, dash is perfect.
Exterior: Paint in excellent shape, SRT hood, hard tonneau cover, has tow package.
Interior
The SLT bucket seat with fold down center seat/console, interior of our Bee consists of a specially trimmed slate grey/yellow dashboard and door panel inserts and a serialized number plate, premium door panels, sporty special gloss yellow inserts and "bee" decals on them, white faced gauges, and all power options.
Exterior
Our Dodge Ram Rumble Bee was a limited production pickup truck built only on the two-door short-bed truck platform and it includes lower body cladding, a hood scoop, a stripe with a "Rumble Bee" emblem, similar to that of the Super Bee and finished in solar yellow clearcoat with black trim, include a color-keyed front air valance, side skirts and rear air dam, which were specific to the Rumble Bee for those years.
