Vehicle Description
2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 for sale. 135,078 miles. Single cab with 8 ft bed. Bed was line-x coated from the factory. Truck is an awesome work truck. Manual 5 speed. Manual 4x4 transfer case. Rubber floors. Aftermarket aluminum wheels.
It has a nice TDK bumper. Bumper has a slight dent because I bought it used. Truck comes with yakima racks and front/rear fog led lights with proper harness with relays and fusing. The rear bed rack could be moved to the back of the bed if desired.
Rear differential has a ARB cover so that fluid changes are a piece of cake. Has Bilstein shocks all around. Selling because I have 2 other trucks and do not need this one.
Just installed brand new parts/fluids:
-front brake rotors (premium painted)
-front brake pads (premium)
-rear drums (les schwab did the work)
-rear drum shoes (les schwab did the work)
-rear drum cylinders (les schwab did the work)
-rear drum hardware (les schwab did the work)
-rear parking brake cable (les schwab did the work)
-brake system bleed (les schwab did the work)
-rear driveshaft rear U-joint
-oil change (castrol edge full synthetic) and oil filter (mobile 1)
-coolant drain and fill with prestone dex-cool (it has always had dex-cool)
Parts installed recently:
-NAPA premium CV axle, passenger side
-distributor cap and coil
-resistor for the blower fan
Since buying at 85,000 miles I have done:
-routine oil/filter changes
-routine air filter changes
-transmission oil
-transfer case oil
-front and rear diffeerential oil several times
-serpentine belt, idler, pulleys
-bilstein shocks
-ARB rear differential cover
Truck is slightly rusty, burns some oil, and leaks some power steering fluid from a hose. The driver seat has had a tear since I bought it, but a seat cover would take care of that.
The check engine light is on since I bought it since the cats were replaced with straight pipes.
The airbag light is on. This is due to the sensor up front that goes bad. Looks like a $100-200 part. I will try and fix this asap.
It is a reliable truck that is extremely safe in the snow. Low miles!
Asking $8,000. Clean title in hand, ready to notarize.
Thanks, Sam
