Vehicle Description
2005 Mercedes E320 CDI
The last of the straight six diesels (2005 and 2006). No ad blue / DEF / urea required. No particulate filter to worry about either.
200 horsepower and 369 pound feet of torque and still gets over 40 mpg! I have gotten as high as 45 mpg. The computer always reads two mpg optimistic. With a 21 gallon tank, that's over an 800 mile range! 0-60 faster than the gasoline version.
Black with stone (cream) interior. No rips or tears. Real leather, not MB Text.
six disc CD changer in dash
heated and vented seats
Sunroof
Mercedes rubber floor mats on top of Mercedes regular mats
The wooden steering wheel was a $500 option
Keyless Go - keyless entry and push to start. The keyless unlock button on the rear driver side stopped working last year.
includes trunk organizer - keeps things from sliding around
The paint is not perfect. There are some small dings and scratches. It has been garaged most of it's life.
Each and every wheel has some sort of curb rash. I found some brand new wheels on craigs list for $400 but didn't buy them.
There is no navigation. I use my phone.
There is no Bluetooth. I use a USB Bluetooth connected to the AUX port.
The roof rack is not included. It has only been on for a month.
The car has 207k miles. My father purchased the car as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) with 20k miles and it has used all AMSOIL fluids ever since. There is no better oil on the planet. It spent the first 180k miles in Alabama so no salt or corrosion.

9/7/2017 178,900 new tires
4/26/2018 190,154 amsoil and MANN filter Service D, air filter
summer 2018 ~~195k all new front ball joints and alignment
thermostat
4/22/2019 203,687 Amsoil and Napa Gold WIX, fuel filter
summer 2019 205,000 Water pump, surpentine belt, tensioner, pulleys, transmission flush and filter, rear brake rotors and pads, new main battery, new aux battery, fuel injector seals
A couple things I haven't gotten to:
the brake fluid should be flushed - it's over two years old
I have a new voltage regulator to install. There is nothing wrong with the current one, just preventative maintenance.
I have been buying all of my parts from FCP Euro with a lifetime warranty, not that the warranty is transferable, but they are original OEM parts.
Everything in the car works as it should (except for previously mention unlock switch) and there are no leaks.
These engines have a timing chain instead of a belt. A person on you tube changed his at 400k miles and the original chain still didn't show any signs of stretch or wear.
I was not planning on selling this but I lost my job and need money for bills. However, this is not a fire sale either so don't try and lowball me. I will only trade for a W210 E320 4matic wagon or ML320.
I won't respond to "is it still available" or "will you take x$?" Ask a real question and one in which the answer is not listed in the ad. No sight unseen offers will be addressed.
Sorry for the dirty pictures. I wanted to get the ad up as soon as possible.
