Used 2005 mini cooper s for sale in Pineville, NC

I have a 2005 mini cooper s for sale, I daily drive the car right now so miles will go up. There are a few problems but nothing major. Theres a exhaust leak right at the flex pipe causing a check engine light, the a/c doesn’t work and there’s a binding feeling in the front right when turning right at a slow speed (doesn’t affect driving). The car is drivable and relatively fast, just needs some tlc. 4000 abo
