Used 2006 BMW 325i - Trade for sale in Seaside, CA

I'm going to be completely honest about this car. I have owned it for about 7 and a half months and I have enjoyed it very much. It is a comfortable car, and it is a joy to ride in. Cruise control works, AC blows cold, after market head unit, no major engine problems that I'm aware of at the moment, but as any other BMW with high miles, it may present some in the future. There are 3 dash lights at the moment. One for the passenger air bag, one for the seatbelt (rear driver side tensioner), and a brake light, which I'm not too sure what for. It has some minor dings and scratches. There's a decent sized crack in the front bumper (shown in picture). Three wheels are curbed and were like that when I got the car. Ever since receiving this car I have wanted to replace the wheels but just have not had sufficient funds to do so, as I had to shift my focus to other areas that needed attention. This car did have a valve cover gasket leak, an oil filter housing gasket leak, and was in need of a new serpentine belt, and since then have all been replaced. There is plenty of trunk space, and there is no spare. Brakes, front tires, and clutch should be monitored closely as all three may be on their way out. The odor of clutch does start to present itself at higher RPMs occasionally. I do have carfax and service records in hand for your convenience. I got the car at 136k and have since then put about 9k even on it.I want to get rid of this car mainly because I honestly have no idea what problems it may present to me in the future. In the duration that the car was leaking I was monitoring the oil closely, adding some when necessary to keep the level up. I have taken good care of it, given my financial situation. This car deserves to go to an owner that has more motivation to keep it and maintain it more than myself.

I am looking to trade this car for something preferably Japanese and manual but I am open to any offer. I am NOT selling this car, I am strictly looking to trade it for something else.
