Used 2006 BMW 330xi (AWD, Service Paperwork, Extra Tires, etc ) - cars & for sale in Loveland, CO

Up for sale is my 2006 BMW 330XI AWD.

The car is in amazing condition for its age. Not a single rip in the leather, no body damage, clean title, fresh emissions, no check engine light, doesn't smoke, no major oil leaks, Transmission/engine super smooth due to recent service, heat and AC work great, etc.

I am selling the car since I got a third car and the wife says only 2 cars; so one has to go

I am a professor, so I commute to Denver which is why there are high miles; but you wouldn't know it by looking at the car AND that tells you I trust this car and would drive it cross country without hesitation. Also gets about 30mpg to the gallon highway (see pics)

This is the the highest option (the xi model) for the year as this has ALL THE OPTIONS. Moonroof, 3-stage heated seats, All wheel drive, Xenon Headlights, 6 way power seats, comfort access, premium package so you can unlock the doors without the keyfob, snow package, etc.

The price is within KBB and NADA, also reflected due to.
1. I have BRAND NEW snowtires on the car, less than 300 miles on them AND an extra set of summer tires with less than 3000 miles on them on an extra set of BMW rims. (see pics)
2. I have done a lot of preventive/annual maintenance with over $1500 invested in the last year WITH PAPERWORK! (see pics)

This car has ALWAYS been garage kept, no pets, I do not smoke, always kept up to date on scheduled maintenance, no major dents or accidents, and this is one of the best examples of a well maintained BMW.

The only things I know of are.
1. one of the daytime running lights needs to be replaced, NOT lowbeam or highbeams
2. There is a very fine/thin vertical crack in the middle of the windshield, does not impede vision for driver or passenger.

No I do not need help selling this, no lowballs, etc. Cash or Cashiers check at my local Bank. I live in Milliken even though I do have a California Number, just kept the number.
