Vehicle Description
2006 BMW 525i E60 @ 135,052 mi
No accident / clean title, 2nd owner (1st owner was a personal friend) since Sept 2018.
No pets, no smoking, no children in this car as I'm the sole driver for it. I am a very cautious driver and bought this car from my friend to use it for short commute trips (~15 minute drive).
Full options except for Hill descent control and Adaptive cruise control (Has the regular cruise control functionality).
Engine: N52 6 Cyl. 215 HP, selected for the 2006-2007 WARD's 10 Best Engine.
iDrive, HID XENON LIGHT, VOICE ENTRY, KEYLESS ENTRY, COMFORT ACCESS, NAVIGATION, BLUETOOTH, PARKING SENSOR, MOON ROOF, LEATHER SEATS, etc.
Garage kept since the first owner in 2006.
I have all receipts/history of maintenance done on the car - mostly done at BMW dealerships, and the following items are recent notable work done:
- regular engine oil/filter change
- In 2019, 2020: new battery from BMW dealership, A/C compressor replaced at dealership, new tires all wheels, wheel alignment, oil/filter changes, Recall issue resolved
- In 2018, all at BMW dealership: spark plugs replaced ($450), brake flush ($190), wheel alignment ($200), coolant flush, oil pan replaced ($2400)
Selling vehicle as-is.
Vehicle has minor wear and tear as it is from 2006, but I really do feel that the car has been maintained well.
The fuel level sensor broke last spring but has no problem with fuel pump. I keep track of remaining fuel by setting a trip sensor when I fill up. Around 350 miles and it's time to refuel.
I have 1 key remote but unfortunately lost the physical key part of it recently - I've been using the remote functionality without any issue.
