Used 2006 Cadillac Escalade AWD 147k miles LOADED for sale in Whiteland, IN

Found a Jeep that I want so offering this for sale. It’s a 2006 Escalade AWD fully loaded rear entertainment heated seats sunroof factory navigation third row. Middle row is captain chairs. Driver seat does have rip can buy factory replacement for $100. Does have some typical rust on rockers.
Previous owner used to tow snowmobiles up to the U P. Does have low miles for the years I’ve seen most with over 200k and some over 300k does have the 07 and up 22” wheels tires are okay shape one has a leak. Also have the factory 17” wheels with excellent tires. Does have the service tire sensor light on the tpms are acting up along with the common service air ride and last one for service airbag... none of which effect driving. Drive it daily, did replace all hard brake lines about 2 months ago. Rear were recently replaced. Do have royal purple oil for the front and rear axle along with transfer case just haven’t replaced. Only looking to get cash as I found a Jeep I want otherwise be happy keeping this. I’d jump in and go to California today without hesitation. Heat and ac work did have charge ac but held for the summer and works. Like to have cash only! Send me a serious offer I may take it.
