Used 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71 LOADED for sale in Saint Paul, MN

THIS IS A LONG POST, I SUGGEST YOU READ ALL BEFORE CONTACTING ME.

For sale i have my personal vehicle, a 2006 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with 155k on it.
I personally owned and maintained this SUV for the past year or so. It has been great and it is amazing still, but i have to sell before i put more miles on it. It runs and drives really nice. No mechanical issues, no warning lights on.

Since i got it, all the common maintenance items have been done, including:

-All fluids (brake, transfer case, rear end, transmission, coolant, oil every 3k)
-Brakes all around (rotors, pads and 3 calipers)
-Pitman and idler arms
-Both hubs
-Transmission pan gasket and filter
-Exhaust manifold bolts and gaskets (including the down pipe donut and crush ring)
-ALL transmission lines
-Ball joints
-Tie rods
-Water pump was done before i owned it
- Drive belts and pulley (serpentine belt and a/c belt and tensioner pulley)

Other known Chevy items done were the driver seat bottom cover (was cracking, got a new one in), the 4x4 switch was replaced and the famous driver door lock mechanism.
Needless to say the truck is ALL up to date as of now. I am contemplating replacing the tires, but i might leave that to the new owner since tires are a personal choice.

Now to the bad about the truck. THERE IS SOME RUST starting on the left quarter, at this point it is superficial bubbles and there is come on the inside of the rear doors, other than that it is clean. THE BRAKE LINES ARE NOT RUSTED OUT! Other signs of minor rust is around one doors handle and rear wiper.
Also, last winter while driving to the cabin i got off road to avoid a deer and got the front right smacked on a tree. The front bumper, left fender and left headlights were damaged. I found a fender on the same color and got a new bumper. At the same time i replaced the rear bumper because it had some rust showing.
