Vehicle Description
My mother in law has owned this minivan since 2007 @ 6200 miles. She bought it certified pre-owned from Chrysler and has the original purchase invoice (see picture).
The body and frame are in good shape, no major accidents or damage. The paint is in bad shape, was painted with a spray can by a guy who scammed her into doing the job. I was told you can use brake cleaner to remove the spray paint and I tried this on one section. See picture, it worked really well! Would take a while to do this job, but worth it, paint beneath looks good.
Interior is fabric and is in great shape. Tires have less than 5000 miles on them, brakes are good and it just had an oil change recently. We have a file of service records, showing regular oil changes and maintenance.
I just had a new fuel pump installed and transmission fluid flush ($900). I also installed a new battery from Batteries Plus ($150) 3 days ago. There is a minor oil leak, but other than that all systems seem good. All the vents, AC, DVD player and stereo work well. The power windows all work and it has power locks/alarm with 2 original keys. The car drives great and is ready for the next owner to enjoy.
She just renewed the registration (10/8/19) and I had Smog done yesterday (10/16/19) and it passed no problem.
**The title was in her husbands name (he passed away) and needs to be transferred to hers in order for her to sell. DMV says 2 weeks for it to arrive in the mail. if you can wait until then, let me know and we can schedule a time for you to take a look. Title should arrive around 10/30-10/31.
Let me know of you have any questions. We are open to reasonable offers
Thank you
