Vehicle Description
I am placing my beautiful Victory Red 2006 Corvette coupe with Ebony interior and only 21,993 miles up for sale. This car has been meticulously maintained throughout its lifetime, and as such is incredibly clean today. I purchased this car in 2013 with only 10,300 miles, and most of the miles that I have since driven it were associated with a series of cross-country military moves. I assess that the exterior of the car is a 9/10 with just minor rock chips/road rash from the freeway miles, and the interior is a 9.5/10 with no real issues. I am a Corvette enthusiast (have owned six Corvettes to include four C6s) and kept excellent records for the car; it comes with the original owner’s manual, the original build sheet, the window sticker, an original 2006 Chevrolet sales brochure, and extensive documentation of work and maintenance done on the car complete with ALL receipts.
Factory Options:
• Six-speed Paddle Automatic Transmission
• 3LT Preferred Equipment Group
o Heads Up Display, Six-way Power Leather Heated Seats, Dual Zone Climate Control, Memory Seats, Bose Premium 7-speaker Sound System, Homelink (among other options)
• F55 Magnetic Selective Ride Control
• Navigation Radio with AM/FM/XM/CD
o Includes updated 2012 Navigation DVD
• Dual Roof Package with Solid and Glass Tops
o Glass Top wrapped in GM Leather Case
• Competition Grey Wheels
Below are the bolt-on modifications I have made to the car over the past two years. A combination of Frank’s Vettes and Late Model Racecraft (both in Houston, TX) performed the performance work, and if you search for reviews on either of these shops their reputations speak for themselves. I also have receipts for all performance modifications to include the original dyno sheet.
• LG Super Pro 1¾” long tube headers and catted X-pipe
• Peak Speed Shop ported FAST 102 intake manifold
• Borla Touring catback exhaust system
• Calloway Honker CAI
• West Coast Corvettes F1 Paddle Shift Module
• Dyno tune from Late Model Racecraft (385 RWHP/395 RWTQ)
I spared no expense to build a car that gained about 50 rear-wheel horsepower and yet still easily passes inspection in every state that I have owned it, idles smoothly, gets close to 30 mpg on the freeway, and drives exactly like a stock car. The car is currently located in Leavenworth, KS and was recently detailed and placed under cover in my enclosed garage. I have plenty of photos of the car, so if you would like additional pictures or information please do not hesitate to ask. I have gone out of my way to provide an honest assessment; however, it is a 14-year old car, and opinions of condition can vary, so I am also willing to accommodate any third-party inspection for serious buyers. I have used the private service Lemon Squad in the past with great results.
