Vehicle Description
** van is currently in LA area, but I might be going to SF soon
2006 Dodge Sprinter that's been converted into a camper. It has a little over 120k miles, runs and drives great, the paint has minor bumps and scratches.
Camper info:
- Solar powered Fridge (Whynter FM-45G). Keeps a lot of food cold and even has a "fast freeze" function.
- Solar system is:
* One ExpertPower AGM Sealed Lead Acid Battery (12v 200Ah 10 hour rate)
* Renogy 200 watt 12 volt kit with 20A MPPT Charge controller (prevents the battery from getting over-charged or over-depleated)
- Sink with hand pump faucet
- Room for a bed that would comfortably sleep two
- Bed folds up and hangs on the wall for standing while cooking.
- A huge storage compartment under the bed that's accessible from the back, it runs the length of the bed and is ~2' wide.
- Storage compartment under the countertop
- One drawer under the fridge for clothes.
- Two more compartments under the bed, one that houses the solar controller and battery
- Fan-Tastic Vent with 3-speed fan, it runs off the battery that's charged by solar.
Recent work:
- Full inspection done by Sprinter Expert (photo attached)
- Just passed Smog and registration renewed in July
- Recently replaced the shocks and front struts.
- Oil change and transmission serviced ~2k miles ago.
- New windshield.
- New front tires one year ago.
- Great gas mileage (I've had 25mpg or higher).
Needs work:
- Needs rear brake pads
- The rear tires are balding, they probably need replaced within the next few months.
- Small amount of rust under the passengers side door step.
- The AC does not blow cold
