Used 2006 Jeep Commander Limited 2WD 4 7L V8 for sale in ALBA, TX

2006 Jeep Commander Limited 2WD 4.7L V8 w/ 207,xxx miles available. It is currently our daily driver and gets us everywhere we need to go. It runs, drives, and stops just fine. However, it has several issues that I've listed below.

Price is $4,000 or trade for a different vehicle.

Cons:
-Only 7 of the 8 cylinders are firing (OBDII Error code P0307: Cylinder 7 - misfire detected).
-Transmission shutter in 4th gear only (OBDII Error code P0700: Transmission control system MIL Request - Circuit malfunction)
-Multiple minor oil leaks.
-Front heater doesn’t work (rear heater works fine and does heat the interior of the Jeep on it's own after a while)
-TPMS system doesn’t work
-Battery is old, but currently works without issue
-Due to an electrical issue:
-Airbags don’t work.
-Interior lights don’t work
-Power windows don’t roll down
-Power locks don’t work.
-Power mirrors don’t work
(Not sure what happened here, I know it's electrical because one day a fuse popped when I started it and the above stopped working and the fuse keeps popping when I replace it. Assuming it's a short or bad ground somewhere.)
-Left windshield washer mister doesn’t work
-Speedometer is about 5 +\- mph less than actual speed.
-Driver's side seat has tear in it
-Bonded title (NOT salvage, no accidents, clear CarFax). The dealer I bought it from a couple of years ago went out of business very shortly after selling it to me and never transferred the title. So I had to pay to get it bonded and to show I did in fact buy it from them. Bonded titles work the same as clean titles when it comes to licensing, registration, and inspection.

Pro's:
-Runs, drives, and brakes without issue.
-Relatively new tires with approx 70% remaining.
-AC works great and gets cold.
-Breaks are in great shape with lots of life left on them.
-Fresh oil and filter changed w/ full synthetic oil.
-Coolant system was recently flushed and filled
-Sound system works well and sounds great.
-Sunroof still opens and closes without issue and the heated seats still work.
-Registration and inspection is current until 04/22
-Tow package included and works great.
-3rd row seats in excellent condition, other seats in good condition as well aside from tear in drivers seat.
My wife and I run a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary. This is our only vehicle and we're looking for something more reliable with lower milage. Please feel free to message with any questions.
