Hello, I am selling my VERY well-kept 2006 Lexus IS250 (CLEAN TITLE - 2 OWNER)

As the second owner, I have taken very good care of this car over the last couple years. The original owner made sure to regularly service at Lexus, and so it has a rich maintenance history.

Mechanically speaking, it runs just as smoothly and responsively as the day of purchase. I have never missed an oil change and have had it serviced at Lexus. With continued care, this car easily has more then half of its life left, as expected from a well maintained V6 Lexus.

I have all maintenance receipts, tires are in good shape, comes with 2 keys, all factory Lexus accessories including spare mats, all interior features work perfectly. This car is READY TO DRIVE. This was my daily commuter so mainly freeway miles to work and back. I hate to sell, but require a larger vehicle.

** My uncle owns a local reputable car dealership and so I had him prep my car as if he were selling it, so the car was fully and properly inspected by California dealer standards.
Exterior/Interior: for an 06, the exterior paint looks great, I have hand-waxed this car several times to keep the black looking sharp. The chrome wheels are still glossy and really give this car an edge as you can see by the photos. Interior is in pretty good shape as well.

Carfax retails this car at little over 9k, I am asking for $8,500 OBO. I am in no rush to sell, so no low ballers, but I am willing to negotiate a reasonable price.
