The good:
-Clean title in hand and motivated to sell to someone that knows how to fix cars.
The bad:
-Car has been sitting for a year. Recently Reverse gear stopped working. Other gears work fine, including Drive. Probably just needs transmission fluid.
-Slight squeak on startup recently confirmed to be A/C belt. Can easily be replaced.
-Scratch on windshield from wiper blade that will need to be buffed out or replaced.
