Vehicle Description
Legendary 2006 Mercedes [Dodge] Sprinter 140" wheelbase (fits in a regular parking spot, easy and fun to drive) 3500 dually.
Engine has been well maintained, owned by a German car mechanic in Vegas. No black death, passes the cap test, cruise control works, and has A/C- after I fix the module that is stuck in the heater setting :) 220K miles
Queen size memory foam mattress is cut to custom size to slide out to save space. The mattress pieces back together so the seam is around the legs (no falling into the seam) so its roomy and comfy. Sliding window by the bed provides perfect ventilation while sleeping. Bed slides out over bench style seats with custom cushions and storage underneath. The lefthand bench stores a slide out 12V fridge.
The kitchen galley houses a 6 gallon fresh water tank (more removable tanks stored in the back), a 6 gallon grey water tank and a diverter to send grey water outside the van. Faucet runs off 12V water pump into a beautiful black hammered sink. Two upper cabinets for storage, also have dimmable lights for cooking. 3000W inverter runs to a GFC outlet to the right hand side of the sink (powerful enough to run any household appliances, yes even a blender).
Clean well organized electrical system that can easily be worked on if need be. 200 amp hours of Lithium ion battery storage connect to a bluetooth MPPT charge controller. Renogy 20amp DC-DC charge control charges battery bank off of the van when it's running. 300 watts of solar sit on top of the van, along with a Maxxair fan and sunroof. Dimmable soft glow LED light strip integrated into the shiplap ceiling. Two more charging outlets installed in the small cubby cut out built above the bench.
This was my third van build, and an absolute labor of love. I had spent two years living and traveling in a van and used my experience to design a perfectly functional yet ascetically pleasing design and layout. This van is nearly ready to be sold, just a few details to finish, the build is brand new and awaiting it's maiden voyage.
Serious inquiries only please, I don't necessarily have time to show it to everyone that simply wants to just take a look. Feel free to ask for more pictures or videos. If the posting is up, it's still available. Thanks for reading!
*The van is about 90% complete. A tile backsplash is in the works and a few more finishing touches. I will update the pictures as it gets finished
*note there is no bathroom or shower. Toilets take up a ton of space and are more of a hassle to clean and take care of than they are worth, but one can easily be added to pull out of the garage space if you'd like.
