Vehicle Description
Selling my 2006 Subaru Outback 3.0 LL Bean Sedan with 193k miles on it. Very hard to find these 6 cylinder sedans. It has every option available for the year except for GPS. I bought this 8 years ago in WV and it’s been the best car I’ve had. Full maintenance records since 124k. In Dec. ’18 at 168800 miles the shop messed up the timing during maintenance which caused engine damage. They replaced it w/ an 80k engine and it’s been great since. The 6 cylinder engine is so much better than the base 4 cylinder. They run practically forever(unless the mechanic screws up). It also gets the 5 speed automatic transmission w/ Sportshift. It has full leather, 6 CD in-dash changer, heated seats, heated windshield(great for here) sunroof, dual zone climate control. Has the hood deflector and sunroof deflector. Has the rear spoiler which looks good. The driver’s seat had some damage when I got it. The front bumper has a small scrape on it from a stupid Lowe’s shopping cart hitting it last month. I’m currently running my 16” winter tire/wheel package on it. General Altimax Arctics which make this car unbelievably good in the snow. Just drove through 15” of snow in the driveway w/ no issues. The TPMS does not work on these tires, I’ve had them reprogrammed a couple of times. I do have the OEM 17” rims w/ new A/S tires (and working TPMS) on it available for extra cost. The rear cupholder is broken so I just got a new one, but haven’t put it in yet. There is some rust on the bottom of the front passenger door. I’ve always done whatever maintenance was required on it. Just put new rear brakes on this week. Could use rear sway bar links, but that’s about it. I’m reluctantly selling just because I have too many vehicles to maintain and I’ve only been putting 5k/yr on since I started working from home. I’m in no rush to sell and am firm at $4500. Like I said, it’s an animal in the snow, even better than my truck. Clean title. Miles will go up slightly. Can meet in Oneida or Clinton for a test drive.
