Used 2007 Acura MDX for sale in MA

I'm selling my 2007 Acura MDX. It is fully loaded with rear entertainment system, SH-AWD, power tailgate, triple row seating, the works. I bought this car from my friend who bought it brand new from Acura of Manhattan. It has been well taken care of and always serviced by Acura or Honda dealers. I'm selling to put money into an old station wagon Volvo I just received.

Some info:
The car has approximately 115k miles. Bought new by my friend, who then sold it to me when he upgraded.
I used this car as a secondary car, mostly for trips into town, but I don't drive very much.
The car has a couple small exterior blemishes (pictured), this includes some scratches on the hood from a bear (no, im not kidding).
-Brand new exhaust installed 2 months ago
-New front pads and rotors installed 3 months ago
-New rear pads and rotors done last year (still great)
-Interior is in good shape
-Brand new battery installed 2/2/22 as old one kept dying on me.
-All tires have good tread, but front left seems to have a very slow leak

Selling AS IS, no warranty. $500 non refundable deposit to hold it. Cash only. I still use this car so mileage may increase slightly.
