Used 2007 BMW 525xi Mechanic Special 285k Well Maintained - cars & for sale in Mokena, IL

A 2007 BMW 525xi with 285,000 miles. The car cranks but does not start. Car was running great before it stopped starting a few months ago but it does have some secondary mechanical issues as listed below. I’ve been meaning to do the repairs but no longer have the time for it. The car is in amazing cosmetic shape for the mileage and has been well taken care of including routine mechanical maintenance.
This car is being sold as is. A great deal for mechanics, someone with BMW repair experience, or just for parts. This car will need to be towed by the buyer as it does not start.

Parts Changed in 2022
-Oil change and oil filter
-Spark Plugs
-Ignition Coils
-4 New Tires (less than 100 miles)
-Belt Tensioner
-Vanos Solenoids
-Battery

Issues
1. Car cranks but will not start.
2. AC Compressor needs to be replaced. Serpentine belt is currently bypassing the AC.
3. DSC/4x4 error that is common in this car. May just need new wheel sensors.
4. Misc. issues: fog lights need new bulbs, tire pressure sensors, minor oil drips.

Car comes with the main key and a spare key that needs a new battery.
