Used 2007 BMW X5 (Clean Title/Black/3.0) for sale in Lincolnwood, IL

Up for sale is my 2007 BMW X5 . The car has 143,000 miles and has a clean title in hand. No accidents and All maintenance records and receipts are in hand. The car was just serviced at BMW Bill Jacobs in Naperville for for a fresh oil change, new coils, spark plugs, and normal fluid maintenance. Additionally, full suspension replaced, battery, starter, water pump, wheel bearings, and much more has been addressed.

The car is fully optioned our with seat warmers, heated steering wheel, iDrive system, sunroof, halos, rear folding seats, and much more! I have one key fob and a clean title in hand ready to be signed to the next owner. The car has been taken care of religiously. It is all wheel drive which handles amazing in this Chicago snow. Heat & AC blow like no other. Everything on this vehicle is fully functional. The car pulls strong and drives nicely. I have a carfax report on file if needed. BRAND NEW TIRES.

-Check engine light has been on due to a faulty code. I’ve taken it to 3 shops and all 3 said it’s a faulty code that comes on an off at times. Does NOT effect drivability in any way.
-Tire pressure light is on just like every BMW I’ve ever seen. It needs a new sensor for the left rear tire. It doesn’t bother me so I never replaced it.
-Brake light is on. I bought and installed brand new brake pads (with receipts) professionally. The sensor that came with the pads was the wrong one so the light stays on. Brakes feel brand new.

I am a real estate broker and I use the car for mostly highway commutes- the car has never let me down. Due to my move to the city, I can only have one spot for parking in which I will keep my sedan.
