Vehicle Description
For sale is my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2LZ. No codes, no CEL, all monitors running perfectly, no stories. Safety and emissions inspections in PA good through May 2022. Clean title in hand, CarFax shows me as the 4th owner. The 2LZ trim adds a few features like upgraded seats, Bose audio, head up display, etc. Current mileage 54,356 and may go up slightly with showings. If this post is still up the car is available.
This car has been meticulously maintained, driven on weekend drives and mostly highway miles. Always following my motto – either do it right, or don’t do it at all. I purchased this car in March 2019, at around 22k miles. Within a week of purchasing this car, at around 23k miles the heads were taken off and sent down to Texas Speed to be fully worked to proactively address the LS7 valve guides issues that all LS7s should have addressed immediately. Idea was to bullet proof the drivetrain right away for full reliability and the car has certainly been rewarding. Also decided to install a performance camshaft for a full head/cam build, while keep the car very street able. Exhaust is still fully stock, unlike most owners who would put long tube headers with a head/cam setup, I wanted to keep the drone down and very streetable while still more aggressive than stock. Car is very clean and tastefully set up. Hasn’t been dynoed but this setup is easily over 600hp crank/500whp.
Full list of mods below:
-Texas Speed 265cc LS7 Cylinder Heads (using customer supplied)
-Texas Speed dual valve springs
-Texas Speed valve guides
-Texas Speed Manley exhaust valves
-Texas Speed LS7 pushrods
-Texas Speed LS7 stage 2.2 Camshaft
-Veraram Cold Air Intake kit
-Texas Speed ECU tune via HP Tuners
-Mighty Mouse Oil Catch Can
-Sony XAV-V10BT double din head unit (Bluetooth, USB, AUX)
-Mild to wild switch/dongle to open exhaust valves on command (was the only mod with the car when I got it)
Notable maintenance items in my almost 3-year ownership:
-Oil changes performed about every 3k miles with Rotella T6 5W-40 full synthetic
-January 2021 – brake fluid flush, Motul RBF 600
-November 2020 – new brake pads, Hawk HPS (one-piece style)
-August 2020 – steering wheel position sensor replace (common issue on these cars)
-May 2020 – brand new tires, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (at about 41,600 miles at the time). So tires have about 13k miles on them at the time of this sale
-March 2020 – spark plug wires replaced
-September 2019 – Mighty Mouse oil catch can installed
-April 2019 – Texas Speed head/cam work
All original manuals as seen in the pictures and full documentation available for all work done.
Price negotiable based on demand. Please respect and don’t waste my time as low-ball offers will not be entertained. I have the full CarFax Report for very serious buyers. Any questions or if you're a seriously interested buyer please call/text/email.
Any questions feel free to let me know!
