Used 2007 Chevy Suburban LTZ for sale in New London, MN

UPDATE 10-22-19: The price has been lowered to $5500. No reasonable offers refused. If it does not sell by Friday, I will be trading it in on Saturday on a newer pickup.
For Sale is a 2007 Chevy Suburban LTZ. It has every option available for 2007.
5.3L Vortex engine.
2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive auto, 4 wheel drive High, and 4 wheel drive Low.
Power everything.
Remote start.
Power Moon Roof.
Black Leather interior.
Navigation system.
DVD entertainment system.
Back up camera with parking sensors.
Second row Bucket seats.
Heated front seats AND heated second row bucket seats.
Rear heat and A/C can be adjusted from the second row.
Power folding second row bucket seats.
Thirst row seats. Total of 7 passengers.
Memory drivers sets, with settings for two drivers.
Power adjustable foot pedals.
Auto dimming rear view mirrors.
Heated Washer fluid.
Rain sensing wipers.
Power folding mirrors.
Trailer brake controller.
Traction control.
Auto Leveling suspension. (Front and rear suspension was all new about 2 years ago.)
Power rear lift gate.
I don’t think I missed anything on this list. So if you don’t see something listed, then the vehicle does not have it.
Runs and drives as it should. No mechanical issues with the vehicle at all.
No engine lights are on and is does not leak any fluids. 207,000 miles.

There are only 3 issues with the vehicle. Otherwise everything listed above works exactly as it should.
1. The door unlock button on the drivers door only works about 50% of the time. But I never really never need to use it, because as soon as you put the vehicle in park, all of the doors automatically unlock.
2. The rear A/C does not work. The A/C DOES works in the front just fine, and that is enough to cool the whole vehicle down in the summer so I never fixed the rear A/C issue. The rear heat still works great.
3. The rear window defroster does not work. One of the wire connections to the glass came detached. If you get a new rear window, I am pretty sure it would work just fine on the new window.

The vehicle is being sold as is. Although I just mentioned everything that is wrong with it, and it is nothing major. $5500. Cash or Bank Check. (No person checks) I have the "CLEAN" title in hand, and there is no lien on the vehicle. I will delete this add when it is sold.
