Used 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive... for sale in Maryville, TN

I am selling my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. I've have it for about 3 years and have put about 29000 miles on it. It runs and drives excellent and is in very good physical & mechanical condition. Since I have had it it has received new struts/shocks & springs front and back, new 20" wheels, Michelin tires, new headlight housings with led bulbs, led tail/brake light bulbs, new windshield, new rear window, all new heating/cooling actuators under the dash, full weathertec floor mats, new brakes, new brake master cylinder, new front wheel bearings, new battery, new flowmaster cats, new factory exhaust, & probably several other things I've forgotten. All standard maintenance has either been done by West Chevrolet or me. Tires have good tread left. The engine was replaced shortly before I bought the truck and probably has between 110,000 and 120,000 on it now. Mileage won't change much as it is currently just sitting. I bought a new vehicle and this only gets started regularly to keep battery charged. I've only ever ran premium in it. It drive and handles perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country with no warning. The list of things it needs are very short. It has a small transmission leak that appears to be at the pan gasket that has happened since it was parked. It hasn't not been driven low on fluid. Trans still shifts perfect. The front struts are also not the computer controlled struts that came with the truck. I have a brand new set of gm computer controlled struts with springs already mounted on them ready to install but haven't gotten around to it yet. The rear shocks are new and are the auto adjusting air ride shocks. It has the tow package with the larger round trailer connector. The factory wiring is under the dash for a trailer controller. I had a Pioneer nav system in it that I have removed. I was going to use it on another vehicle but have decided to sell it too. It is the full setup to fully integrate will all factory features and will even display vehicle information on the screen. It is not included with the vehicle but can be purchased separately (as long as it hasn't sold already when you are looking at the truck). The factory stereo has been reinstalled. There are some small dents/dings consistent with the age of the truck and a few spots where paint has been touched up. Most of them you have to be next to the truck to see though. I love this truck and don't want to sell it but it doesn't need to just sit and deteriorate. I do not have to sell it so I will not entertain low ball offers. That said, the price isn't set in stone. Reasonable offer will be considered. I am not looking to trade it for anything else. The title is clean and currently held by my bank so if you decide to buy it we can meet there to perform the transaction.
