Vehicle Description
This was my son's first car. He got a new one last winter and it has been sitting since, so it's time to sell. It is no beauty queen and needs some TLC but the price reflects that. Could be a fixer upper or could be a good parts car.
The good:
New alternator
New starter
New battery
Two new tires, two others almost new
Cruise control
CD/Bluetooth radio
Power locks and windows
Remote start
Cold A/C
Interior seats and carpets could use a good cleaning, but not rips or tears.
Huge trunk
Clean motor, no leaks at all
The bad:
The car does not start. When my son last drove it, he went to start it, he said it made some sort of popping noise, and after it would not start. I am only a VERY amateur mechanic, but seems to clearly be an electrical issue, I think something with the ignition. When you turn the key, everything powers up like normal, but seems to be no spark going to the starter. Could be an easy/cheap fix, I just haven't had the time or expertise to really get into it. Might be worth fixing, but it does have high miles, so could be great parts car instead. It has some rust in several places and a few dents here and there from the previous owner, but the hood and trunk are in great shape with shiny paint and no rust. There are several internal parts mentioned above that are new. The tires are almost brand new. The four wheels/tires alone could probably net you some cash.
I'd really just like to get back some the money I put into it when we got it, but it's just sitting and not being used, so I'd be willing to take any reasonable offer. Would love to see someone who know cars get it up and running for cheap.
Clean and clear title in hand. Send me a message if you are interested and I can send you my email and/or phone number to text/call/email for more info.
Thanks for looking.
Mike
