Used 2007 honda civic sedan - mechanic special runs, but needs engine for sale in Chanhassen, MN

This starts and runs, but I’ve been told it needs be a new engine, and maybe a new lock cylinder.
It takes some patience to send a signal to the starter, but cranks over just fine once it does

The good:

- New alternator in the last 6 months
- New starter
- New timing chain in the last six months
- New tires in the last month.
- New sway bar links
- Battery is good
- new power steering pressure sensor
- Spark plugs have been changed in the last year
The bad:
- Compression low on 3/4 cylinders
- Coolant leak
- Takes patience to start
- CEL is on- the wires to the knock sensor got disconnected when changing the starter
- The rear brakes need to be done

The Body is in decent condition, other than a rusting rear driver side door, and a couple spots on the trunk.

Comes with 4 q oil and filter (slow oil leak)
Comes with 5 qts trans fluid
