Vehicle Description
2007 Subaru Outback, 2.5i, AM/FM CD Aux Stereo, Heated Seats, AC, Power Doors/Windows and Driver's Seat. Clean title. Fantastic in the snow and climbs over anything with its light weight and all wheel drive. Probably be even more amazing with a set of snow tires.
Exterior: Garage kept. Outside is very clean as you can see. A few little dings from doors and walnuts, but no rust, dents or major defects. Paint looks good, no fading or chipping. All plastic is intact.
Interior: Non-smoker, no kids or dogs (boring.I know). There are a few scratches on the dash from when I hauled some wood, and a few scratches by the stick that were there when I bought it. The upholstery has no rips or signs of failing anywhere. Back seat is almost new looking. Front seat has a spot or two but nothing terrible. Trunk area looks like it has been gently used for 14 years. All in all it looks nice inside for a 14 year old car.
Mechanical: Drives well and gets up to 30mpg on the highway, closer to 26 on the freeway going 75. I have all maintenance records from Maple Hill or Kihm from 25k. I have replaced the timing belt and the the head gasket, and remachined the heads at Maple Hill. These are the two Outback things that happen in the first 100k. Brakes are good. Probably has 5-10k left on the tires. Maple Hill thinks the oil pan may have a small leak at the gasket, but I have seen zero oil on the ground. You're free to take a look. My experience is that Subarus definitely need more maintenance than Toyotas and Hondas but I have never been stranded or had an issue during regular 750 mi./day trips to MN or NYC.
Of course it is a used car and is sold "As Is". Will want cash or a cashier's check in exchange for title. Happy to go with you on a test drive. I am vaxed and will wear a mask. Please email me to schedule.
