Used 2007 VW Passat 2.0 Turbo Wolfsburg Edition - cars & trucks - by... for sale in Ocean Springs, MS

Extremely clean/sharp looking vehicle.
Has minor cosmetic wear/ issues

Recently replaced:
Both CV front axles
Master cylinder & Brake booster
Complete brake system flushed with new brake fluid/ thick pads
Engine crankcase flushed
Fresh 5-40 synthetic oil
Transmission flushed
Transmission filter/pan gasket

The vehicle runs great and is a pleasure to drive BUT it does have issues that need to be disclosed....nothing currently to stop you from using as a daily driver...
after driving 15 minutes or so it sometimes shifts hard from first to second gear...sometimes from second to third... sometimes when downshifting it also shifts hard... it doesn’t do it all the time.
Replacing the transmission control module ( just inside pan / easily visible) ($400)
is known to fix the problem.
This transmission system is super clean inside.....had the pan off during filter and gasket replacement.

The vehicle can also be manually shifted ( very fun paddle shifter/ without need of a clutch) Triptronic feature.

It currently has the following engine codes: (they DO NOT effect performance)
Fuel pressure regulator
(Part of fuel pump/ no noticeable effect)
Evaporator leak/ gas cap not tight enough/ no noticeable effect

The vehicle runs strong and does not overheat or leak any fluids.
Has good AC and heat.
Fairly new tires.
All power windows work
Passenger front seat heated
Driver seat is power/ but heated mode not functioning.

Carpet has been removed by previous owner... has rhino lining type flooring... I actually prefer it... my son has allergies and a no carpet car works for us just fine!
I will gladly point out all imperfections at inspection.
If you’ve never driven a Volkswagen Passat ( especially at night ) you’ve missed out on quite a neat experience… if you have, then you know what I’m talking about!
