Used 2008 Audi A4 quattro 2.0T avant MANUAL 6 SPD stage 2.5 for sale in Englewood, CO

Hi all. I have for sale a 2008 A4 like the title says. It has roughly 177K on the odometer. The front end suspension was just rebuilt as preventative maintenance.
The list of modifications is as follows.

-Apr stage 2.5 tune
-APR Catback quad tip exhaust 2.5"
-Billy Boat catless downpipe. (3" to 2.5") I have the catalytic converter to put on the car for emissions purpose.
-Bilstien PSS9 adjustable coilover suspension.
-Pioneer AVH NEX touchscreen radio unit. (supports navigation and apple car play)
-ECS tuning Short throw shifter.
-034 motorsports upgraded motor mounts.
-RS4 rear sway bar with appropriate end links and bushings.

Parts not installed but will come with the car.
-ecs tuning intercooler tubing.
-Ecs tuning Boost gauge
-RS6 honeycomb style grille

This isn't the cleanest audi by any means but mechanically has been well maintained and taken care of. time for another audi and to pqass this one along to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. I'm interested in CASH ONLY and no trades. this car is hard to come by since it is in fact a 6 spd manual wagon. Mechanically sound. the glovebox is broken but the thing spins like a top.
