Up for sale is my 2008 BMW 535XI STATION WAGON I bought her during covid and she ran great. This is a rare sought after station wagon. These 5 series wagons are getting harder to find since BMW stopped producing them in 2010 since they wanted to focus more on the X-series/SUV line. I still feel this is one of the sharpest wagons on the road today and I’ll always be a fan. With leaves falling in the Hudson valley and winter around the corner I needed to make a decision and decided to cut ties with her. She’ll be missed but I’m confident the new owner will be pleasantly surprised with all she has to offer.

THE GOOD:
Beautiful looking white with tan leather.
I addressed a few items when I bought her including:
Replaced coolant expansion tank 08/21
Replaced sagging suspension 08/21
Installed new battery 05/22
No cosmetic damage and looks great for a 15 year old car. She comes loaded with panoramic roof, heated leather seats, navigation (missing disc) see pics in ad!

THE BAD:
The inspection expired in July ‘22 and the check engine light is ON. She has a misfire that is preventing her from passing NYS inspection. She has a rough idle sometimes she runs perfectly fine and other times she feels like she won’t make it home. Plenty of years ahead assuming you or your mechanic understands these cars. The code she’s throwing is P2270 for O2 sensor signal stuck lean bank 1 sensor 2
