Up for sale is a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu mechanics special. The engine is a 2.4L Ecotec with a 4-speed transmission and 130k (mostly highway) miles. This car ran strong and gas mileage wasn't bad, but its water pump recently gave out and the car has been parked ever since. The engine has a rough idle now so I've chosen to sell it rather than make the needed repairs. The car still runs, but is sold as is and I highly recommend moving it with a tow truck to prevent further issues. It has a very good interior, and the exterior needs work from the usual road rash. Registration is current through August 2020 and the car also has new lower control arms. Comes with 2 sets of keys/fobs. A good mechanic should be able to get this car back in great running shape again where it can easily make it to 200k miles or even more.
