Selling a very clean, well-maintained 2008 Honda Fit Sport 5-speed manual. This car is likely among the cleanest 1st gen Honda Fit Sports you will find in the Midwest. Runs and drives perfectly. I purchased it from Southern California in 2016 and have maintained and washed it regularly ever since.

The interior, exterior and underbody are in great condition because the car has seen hardly any salt at all over its life. Mileage is a very low 98,000 - far under the average for a 2008 Fit. Clean Minnesota title, no accidents whatsoever. Comes with two sets of quality wheels and tires, one with excellent General G-Max all-season tires, the other has top-quality General Altimax Arctic winter tires mounted - both sets of tires have very low mileage on them, and have been rotated seasonally.

I have performed several small modifications to create my ideal daily-driver Fit. If Honda made a Fit "Si", it would likely feel and handle very similar to this car. The suspension mods in particular firm up the car nicely, without compromising the ride quality and practicality the Honda Fit is known for. The engine, intake and exhaust are completely stock. The only change made to the drivetrain is a short-shift kit and firmer shifter bushings for the 5-speed manual transmission. It changes gears beautifully, a noticeable improvement over stock that everyone who drives the car immediately comments on.
Below is a list of maintenance and the minor modifications made to the car with descriptions for each where necessary:

- Swift "Sport" suspension springs. A very mild sport spring designed to work with the OEM shocks, lowering the car by only 1 inch. These transform the car's handling and overall feel, while still retaining good ride-quality for daily driving. The car is far from "slammed" with this setup, if anything it looks and feels like an OEM version of a sportier Fit that Honda never produced.

- Progressive rear sway bar. This simple, removable rear sway bar firms up the entire structure of the car, improving overall handling noticeably, especially combined with the Swift Sport springs.

- Skunk2 short shift kit. This simple kit shortens the shift throw by 25% and gives the transmission a much sportier, quality-feel combined with slightly stiffer-rubber shift bushings.

- Rota Circuit 10, 16x7 ET45 lightweight wheels with General G-MAX all season performance tires. These wheels are lighter than stock, fill the wheels wells cleanly with NO RUBBING, and the General G-MAX tires offer good dry grip and amazing wet weather grip. Almost like-new with only about 8k miles on them, rotated seasonally for even wear. No curb rash whatsoever. Honda-branded center caps included. These tires were purchased at Discount Tire, that means free tire rotations, and the tire warranty carries over to new owners! TPMS sensors are included on these wheels.

- Rota Slipstream, 15x6.5 ET40 ultra-lightweight wheels with General Altimax-Arctic winter tires. These incredibly lightweight yet strong wheels are only a year old with nearly-new winter tires mounted on them (about 6k miles), rotated seasonally for even wear. This setup makes the car highly capable in the winter. I've been amazed at how much traction the car has even in snow nearly 1 foot deep. No curb rash whatsoever. Honda-branded center caps included. These tires were purchased at Discount Tire, that means free tire rotations, and the tire warranty carries over to new owners! TPMS sensors are included on these wheels.

- WeatherTech Floorliner driver and front-passenger matts, they do a great job of protecting the interior.

- Wet Okole front seat covers with hand-adjustable lumbar cushion for driver seat. These are simple, durable neoprene seat covers that match the factory interior color. Easily removable, the original seat fabric underneath them is in excellent condition if the owner chooses not to use them.

- Window tinting by Tint Pros on the driver and passenger windows, with darker window tinting on the rear side windows, and rear window. Makes it very hard to see what's stored in the back of the car, a nice deterrent.

- AVS ultra-low profile bug deflector on leading edge of the hood. Looks nice and protects the hood from debris that may be thrown up by other traffic.

- Rear bumper protector. Keeps paint on the bumper protected when loading things in and out of the car.

- Genuine Honda Accessories leather shift knob - feels awesome compared to the stock version.
Maintenance & Service:
- 2019: valve-adjustment performed as per manufacturer recommendation
- 2019: gearbox fluid changed, replaced with OEM gearbox fluid
- 2018: 4-wheel alignment performed after installing new suspension springs
- 2018: new front brake rotors, front brake pads, added stainless brake hoses & replaced rear drum brake shoes. The braking performance and feel is excellent.
- 2018: headlight lenses were polished
