Used 2008 Lexus IS250 - Runs Like New for sale in Frisco, TX

I am selling a 2008 Lexus IS250 with 156,400 miles. The car has been meticulously cared for using premium gas it's entire life since I bought it at 33,000 miles. Also, I have used fully synthetic Mobil 1 on the oil changes and within the last month the car has a brand new alternator. While the car is 14 years old, the interior is in very good shape, but would need minor work (small tear in drivers seat that can be fixed for low cost, wear on passenger seat). As far as the exterior goes, there are rock chips, a scratch on the passenger side, and a small scuff on the bumper that can be buffed out. If you are looking for a car that will easily run for double the mileage or more on it as a reliable daily driver, then this is the perfect car. More than 100K of the miles put on the car has been highway mileage since I drive long commutes for work, and I have taken the car on road trips of 10+ hour drives with ease. I will consider various offers, but am not looking to get low-balled or ripped off, I know this car is in great shape and it's value. This car is a great car and will run for many more years given the same TLC it has been given during my time owning the vehicle. There are very few cars that are similar in condition given the age of the car and the care that the car has been given. The car has heated and AC seats, running AC/heater/defrost, cruise control, HID adaptive headlights (sports package), automatic seat and headrest adjustments, tinted windows, a 6 disc CD storage radio, and like new tires (replaced just over 60 days ago).
