Vehicle Description
I bought this van with the intention of converting and living in it full time while I pursued a passion. That passion did not work out and now I am back in an apartment working full time. This van is not the most practical car to have as your daily driver so...it is time for me to sell.
The conversion is not yet complete. What I have done so far:
-Laid underlayment and base flooring down with leveling coating.
-Insulated using RMAX rigid insulation and spray foam. Wrapped over the insulation with Quietwalk underlayment (sound deadening and waterproof)
-Installed Rib system on side walls and roof for mounting. Covered ribs with thin plywood to keep concave nature of the walls.
-Bench system with bed. Custom cushions, backrest, and pillows
-Built cabin divider.
-Installed LG330W solar panel on roof.
-Installed Airmax fan
-Installed backup camera and Kenwood display.
-Tinted all windows (except windshield) and curtain for back windows.
What I did not do:
-The van will need new tires soon
-Electrical system not installed.
-Fridge not installed
-Stove not installed
-Sink not installed
-Heater not installed
-Cabinets not built
-Finished floor and trim pieces.
Things I have bought but have not installed but are included in price. They are all in original packaging:
-Isotherm BIG 90 Classic Refrigerator / Freezer AC/DC
( -Espar D2 Airtronic 12v Diesel Night Heater Kit
( -Stove top: CAN Srl FC1336E Premium 2-Burner RV Propane Cooktop w/ Glass Lid
(
-Electrical system following the below link. I have the 200AH system below along with the wire, bus bars, fuses, breakers, and extension cord for shore power.
( ( The van drives very well and runs great. All maintenance done and up to date. Always did what the mechanic told me to do.
