Vehicle Description
Hard to find a better deal on a good running Car. Don't miss this deal.
This Susuki is great on Gas and has a Engine that just will not stop. New Battery ($140.00), New Radiator total Service ($600.00). Total mileage is approximately 107,000. and was mostly highway miles to travel to and from Boca Raton/Palm Beach and Sebastian and the Melbourne area. I think it gets more than 30 mpg.
There is still one other issue to repair, namely a Suzuki "transmission throttle actuator". If you are handy and can make this repair, this car will last you another 100,000 miles. Check with a good mechanic if you need to have someone complete the work. It still runs without this part. However, you have to use 3rd Gear rather than Drive, which Susuki even recommends, since Drive is like overdrive.
I recently traveled to Palm Beach and back (100 miles each way) on Monday travelling on I-95 starting out in 3rd gear and slowly moving it to Over Drive. You can travel everywhere in 3rd gear according to the manual. It runs like hell and keeps up with the traffic. I just don't recommend 200 mile trips at my age late (70's). It is a 4 door sedan car and will seat 4 big adults.
