Used 2008 Volvo XC90 V8 Executive - 69K Miles - Like new! for sale in BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI

I have an unexpected opportunity to pick up an aspirational car, so with great regret I am putting my XC90 up for sale. I searched for this car for nearly 3 months before I found and bought it and as far as I can tell it is the lowest-mile V8 currently available for sale anywhere in North America. Purchased with the intent of keeping it a long time, so it has been fully serviced and tastefully upgraded to reflect my plans. • Third owner since March 2020. This was a Kansas and Texas car for the first 12 years of its life and has only spent one winter in Michigan, so there is absolutely no rust or corrosion.
• Maintenance within the last 3K miles
o All fluids replaced (oil (synthetic), Haldex AOC, coolant, angle gear. transmission)

o New A/C compressor (Valeo)
o New wipers all around
o Brakes were done just prior to my purchase by the PO in Texas.
• No leaks or other known mechanical issues, and AWD works great in the slippery stuff. No check engine lights or other warning lights.
• Exterior is 9/10 with a few scratches and blemishes present as may be expected of a 13-year-old vehicle. The chrome window trims show the typical “cloudiness” that is common on this generation of XC90. The headlights also show a little bit of hazing.
• Interior is 9.5/10. No smoking ever, and no weird smells. I conditioned the leather using Leatherique when I bought it, but there is just a little bit of blue jean dye transfer on the driver’s seat. It does serve as occasional dog taxi, but the rear seat is covered by a rear seat pet cover and I vacuum it once a week. All this is to say that you may find a dog hair somewhere, so if this is an issue for you, let me know and we can work something out.
• Carfax shows one accident in April 2008 when the car was new. No issues since then.
• Clean MI title.

• Executive Package: 19-inch "Galateia" alloy wheels (not currently installed), Premium soft leather, Premium floor mats (note, these are not present)

Upgrade list
• OEM 2013/2014 XC90 LED tail lights (original tail lights can be included)
• LEGEND Audio 10.1” XC90 Android Bluetooth touch screen head unit (factory radio equipment will also be included, or if buyer does not want the LEGEND, I can return it to stock prior to sale). This is a plug-and-play solution that retains all stock audio including parking sensors and steering wheel audio controls.
• OEM P2 Sport Leather steering wheel (original wood was cracked like most of them and discarded). I much prefer the leather, personally.
• 19” R-Design Ixion wheels with Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 snow tires (4K miles on them, purchased brand new from Discount Tire in Fall 2020). Condition 9/10 with only a couple of blemishes.
• 20” Cratus wheels with Pirelli Scorpion Zero summer tires (includes Motorsport Tech custom wheel adapters and H&R extended wheel bolts). Condition 7/10 with some minor curbing. Tires have about 75% tread.
• Weathertech floor mats and trunk mat (partial OEM trunk mat for when the third row is up is also included).
Available Extras

• Original 19” Galateia wheels have garbage tires and some curb rash, but can be included
• 3 sets of floor mats: OEM Winter Rubber (tan), OEM carpet (black), and Weathertech

This has been a great car for me and I’m not in a hurry to sell. Price is always negotiable but please let’s not waste each others’ time. I will include all of the extras including all 3 sets of wheels/tires, for the full asking price – otherwise, buyer can choose which set of wheels/tires he/she wants and will reduce the price accordingly. I am also willing to deduct from the asking price if you don’t want some or all of the listed additional items.
