Used 2008.5 Mazdaspeed 3 for sale in Gretna, VA

Up for sale is my 2008.5 Mazdaspeed 3 in crystal white. This has been my daily for 2 years and has been a wonderful car to drive. I changed the oil every 3500 miles with Shell Rotella T6 with no exception and I just put a brand new stock K04 turbo on it. It is currently running a stage 2 93 Octane off the shelf map from Cobb.

Exterior Condition: 7/10 (There are some rock chips on the car and there is a scuff on the rear driverside of the bumper from a previous owner.)

Interior Condition: 9/10 (Bolsters on seats show signs of wear and the tint needs to be redone but otherwise immaculate interior)

General Maintenance:
Replaced VVTi cam gear and timing chain 02/18
Replaced Turbo with new K04 08/19
Replaced Belt Tensioner and Serpentine Belt Spring 19

The Bad(ish):
The brake fluid needs to be flushed pretty bad. I have 2 bottles of Motul Rbf 660 that I will include with the car.
There is an exhaust rattle that I have been constantly battling since I put it on. Unfortunately I have been unable to remedy it, but will continue fiddling with it until it is sold.
